Swimming - Water Safety

As part of learning in Personal Development, Health and Physical Education we have run two sessions at Armidale Pool. The sessions at the pool covered safety in and around water. We hope that all of our students put into practise what they learned while around the water this summer.

Term 4 Diocesan Events

• Friday December 2nd - Diocesan Summer Trials: Basketball, Cricket, Tennis Trials - Tamworth

Good luck to Nova Vidal-Widders, Jack Kenny, Staten Dowse and Clancy Lawlor who are attending the Diocesan Summer Trials in Tamworth this Friday. We look forward to hearing how all of them go and wish them all the best.

New England Sports Awards

Congratulations to Angus Schmude and Mrs Stephen who were recognised at the New England Sports Awards last Thursday.

Angus Schmude for being a finalist for Junior Sportsperson of the year for his selection in the NSW PSSA Hockey Side  that won the Gold Medal in Canberra and the NSW U/13 Hockey Side that competed at Nationals in Tasmania

Mrs Catherine Stephen for her contribution sport - 11 years service to both Rugby Union and Netball.
