I would like to begin by thanking you all for completing our School Survey. We will use the information collected to improve the school in the areas that have been identified as weaknesses and to celebrate our successes. Please see below for a brief overview of our findings.

What we do well

74% of respondents either agreed or strongly agreed that their children are receiving quality instruction in Islamic Studies
69% of respondents either agreed or strongly agreed that the school principal was welcoming and approachable
74% of respondents were able to attend the parent/teacher interviews

The vast majority of our community also commented that their children like coming to school and feel safe. Most of you also responded that the teachers have high expectations for the students and that you are able to discuss your concerns with them.

Where we can improve

50% of respondents either agreed or strongly agreed that their children are receiving quality instruction in Arabic
50% of respondents either agreed or strongly agreed that the school communicates effectively
49% said they were satisfied with the school facilities

In addition to this, many of you signified that we could maintain the school better, we could take parents concerns more seriously and that their child's learning needs could be better met.
