Athletics Carnival  

We had a fantastic day last Thursday at the AIS track with the students participating in events including: sprinting, shot put, javelin, long jump, relays, hurdles and long distance running.  We were fortunate that the weather was sunny and relatively warm.  It was great to spend the day outside.  I would like to congratulate all of the students for their excellent behaviour and also all of our wonderful staff and parent helpers for their contribution to the smooth running of the events.  The senior students who won their races will be invited to attend the Zone Athletics Carnival on 27th of August.
