Parent Lounge Access - Important Changes
All parents and caregivers should have received an email yesterday (26 April) regarding changes to the Parent Lounge login procedure.
Next Wednesday 3 May at 12:00pm the login credentials to Parent Lounge will change from Parent Code and passwordto Email and password.
Parents and caregivers will receive an email at that time with your login email and password, and an invitation to login using your new credentials. Please update your password to one of your own choosing.

Mobile Phones and Wellbeing
In 2020, the College worked with acclaimed psychologist and member of the national E-Safety Commission, Dr Michael Carr-Gregg, to develop a mobile phone policy based on research trends and professional advice. The result was for students at Clayfield to keep their phones in their lockers, or at home. As a result, we witnessed a decline in social and behavioural issues resulting from phone use at school, and an increase in social interaction, particularly in the Middle Years (7-9).
In 2022, following the review of our policy, the College made the decision to have students in Years 7-9 hand their phones into personalised pouches in Reception to remove the temptation of our Middle Years students to use their phones during the school day. When the new Reception opens, the process for students to keep their phones in these pouches will be further refined for a smoother student experience.
Jazz on the Green - Call for Sponsors
Clayfield College’s famous Jazz on the Green event will happen on Sunday 6 August this year. We are currently looking for sponsors at various levels who want to support a wonderful community event as well as receive valuable marketing, promotional and hospitality benefits. College Uniform Shop News
Important Announcement:
The sale of old style uniforms was to cease after Term 1. We have now decided to give a grace period of one month for families of the College to be still able to purchase these uniforms and stock up on accessories (like socks and stockings) that go with these designs to see out the items they are currently wearing. After this time, no purchases will be able to be made at the Shop or Online.
The end date will be Thursday 18May 2023.
