Year 6 Farewell

Year 6 celebrated and closed the chapter of their primary schooling on Monday 12th December beginning with their graduation ceremony during our Celebration Day Assembly followed by our traditional 'Hollywood Glam' themed Year 6 Farewell Dinner.

Thank you to each of the parents for the time and contributions they made to making our year 6 dinner a night to remember for each of our students.

Guyra Central School would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our year 6 students every success in the next stage of their educational journey at Guyra Central School.

A special thank you to Kristy Hammond for taking photos of our graduating year 6 students.  Parents are able to take a USB to Hammond's Plumbing  to get a copy of Kristy's photos.

On behalf of the staff and students in K-6, I would like to take this opportunity to wish Year 6 all the very best for their high school years. It has been a pleasure to see them grow as independent learners this year and acknowledge that they are ready to meet the challenges of secondary education.

Good luck!

Mr Alletsee

Year 6 Teacher

Dear Year 6,

Enjoy high school, try your best and stay true to yourself.

Love Mrs Mitchell xx

I remember when many of our Year 6 students were in Stage 1 Yellow with Mrs Emma Vidler and I! What a wonderful group of students you are. It has been wonderful to see you grow and learn through the years and you have been great school leaders in K-6 this year. All the best for your next big step into High School.
