HAPPENING?
It was great to see our Year 11 and 12 Theatre Arts Students out and about to attend their first Live Performance for 2022. Students headed off on Tuesday 8 February to the Playhouse Arts Centre to see Fun Home a musical based on Alison Bechdel’s bestselling graphic novel about growing up and coming out. This groundbreaking multi-Tony Award-winning musical arrived in Melbourne following its acclaimed Sydney season.
Congratulations to all of the recently graduated VCASS students who have been invited to audition and perform their works as part of the VCE Season of Excellence, Top Class 2022.
The VCE Season of Excellence is a five-month annual festival showcasing outstanding senior secondary student work from Victorian schools. The Season presents work created by VCE and VET students in design, technology, research, multimedia and cinematic, visual and performing arts through exhibitions, screenings and performances supported by education talks, forums and panel discussions, catalogues, programs and online material.
