Social Justice

The SFX Social Justice Group is hosting a series of presentations on

EXPLORING CLIMATE CHANGE.

The first of these considers the question: ‘IS THERE A CLIMATE EMERGENCY?’

It will be held on Tuesday 22nd October in the parish hall. It will discuss

∙ What does Climate Emergency Mean?

∙ How big is the problem?

∙ Who created the problem and who suffers most?

∙ How does Intergenerational Equity apply?

Main Speaker – Alan Cuthbertson, local climate activist.

This is a free event. Following the addresses there will be opportunities for questions

Future presentations of ‘Looking Towards Solutions’ will be held in February and April in 2020.
