SFX Morning Laps Club

Welcome back to Term Four and our brand new OVAL!!

We would like to celebrate the completion/opening of the new oval - just in time for the start of Term Four, and ‘Walk to School October’. With warm, sunny, spring days ahead of us, now is a great time to get outdoors and get active by walking to school with your children. In addition, SFX students will be encouraged to walk or run laps around the new track in the mornings before school begins for the day. We began getting active on the oval on our first day back, Monday 7th October, and numbers have been going strong every morning!!

Each morning, students will be welcome to get active on the track 8:30 - 8:50 am (weather permitting) under SFX staff supervision. This will continue through until the 31st October. Laps around the track will count towards each student’s tally for walking to (or at) school! Keep a careful eye out for special incentives, including the ‘Golden Sneaker’. More details to come at next week’s assembly. Come early & walk together!
