Key enrolment dates  

If you have a grade 5 student please ensure you have applied to a Secondary School and take note of these important dates:

Critical Dates 

27 January 2023 – Applications will open for Year 5 students commencing Year 7 in 2025.

18 August 2023 – Applications will close. 

1 September 2023 – Principals will need to exchange their full list of applications with neighbouring colleges, including parish of residence. 

15 September 2023 – Principals will need to exchange their full list of applications with neighbouring colleges, identifying proposed offers and non-offers. 

13 October 2023 – The Principals and Registrars Enrolment Briefing will be held at the Catholic Leadership Centre to finalise offers for 2025 and exchange names of unsuccessful applicants to ensure all students are offered a place. 

20 October 2023 – Offers to be posted to prospective Year 7 applicants. 

10 November 2023 – Final date for parents/carers to accept an offer made by a school.
