COVID Updates

  • Victoria returned to COVIDSafe Settings from 11:59pm Friday 26 February 2021.
  • Face masks are no longer mandatory in schools.
  • Face masks are mandatory for people aged 12 years and older on school buses.
  • Face masks are strongly recommended when at least 1.5 metres distance cannot be maintained.

Mobile Phones

Mobile phones are to be stored in a secure location and are not to be used during school hours, including lunch time and recess, unless an exemption has been granted.

 

If parents wish to contact their child, they can do so through the school office.

Uniform Policy

It is the policy of Beaufort Secondary College that all students wear our school uniform. Students must wear the uniform on each school day as well as to and from school and the uniform must be presentable at all times. Students are to wear their uniform during sporting events, excursions and when representing the College. 

 

When the full uniform cannot be worn for some reason, parents/guardians are asked to provide a note. Students not wearing correct uniform may be provided with a uniform to wear for the day.

 

Uniforms can be purchased from Crockers Ballarat, located at 4 Armstrong Street North, Ballarat

CSEF Information

CSEF - Camps, Sports and Excursions Funds

 

The CSEF is an annual payment to the school to be used towards camps, sports and/or excursion expenses for the benefit of the eligible student. To be eligible: a parent or legal guardian of a student attending a Primary or Secondary school must:

  • on the first day of Term One, OR:
  • on the first day of Term Two:
  1. Hold a Veteran's Affairs Gold Card or be an eligible Centrelink Health Care Card (HCC OR Pensioner Concession Card (PCC) OR
  2. Be a temporary Foster Parent and:
  3. Submit an application to the school by the due date

The school requires a copy of your current Health Care Card. CSEF forms are now available from the General Office.
