District Athletics 

District Athletics Results

Congratulations to all the students who participated in the District Athletics on Thursday 1st September. You all tried your best and represented GRPS very well. 

We had some stand out students who came top 3 in their age group.

9/10 Girls            Amaya Irvine 3rd in Triple Jump

Rosie Jelo 1st in Shot Put

9/10 Boys            Rylan Johnson 1st in 200m & 3rd in 80m hurdles

11 Girls                 Sienna Sharkey 1st in 100m & 80m hurdles

11 Boys                Seb Canavan 2nd in Discus

12/13 Girls          Grace Cameron 3rd in 1500m

                                Susannah Russell 2nd in Shot Put

We also had success in the Tunnel ball, where the 9/10’s came 3rd and the 12/13’s came 2nd.
