From the Principal's desk
It was wonderful to see such a terrific turnout at the Mother’s Day Morning Tea last Friday. All who attended enjoyed spending this special time together and were treated to a splendid performance from the school choir and some delicious treats organised by staff. The Raffle was a big success and thanks to all who supported the Parents Club in buying tickets.
Some enrolment forms will come home tonight for the Grade 6 students who will be transitioning to the Secondary College next year. We ask families to complete them promptly and return them to us at their earliest opportunity, so we can send them on to the college.
We are looking forward to running our Open Days this week on Wednesday and Thursday. We encourage families to come along and see the school in action. It will be a fun experience for all.
A reminder that school photos will be taken this Friday. We ask students to come in full school uniform, looking their sharpest for some fabulous shots by our talented photographer!
The Student v Staff Netball match was a great success yesterday. Many amazing feats of athleticism took place! Although I am not sure of the end result, it looked like it was a very close contest. Well done to all participants! Thanks to Mrs Tilley for organising!
As an aside, it has been amazing to see all of the wonderful effort being put in by students with their learning and friendships this week.
