Year 7 Parents and Students BBQ Breakfast

Last week we had our Year 7 parent and student BBQ breakfast at the College Café.  Our new Captains were in early to man the BBQ and help welcome Year 7 students, parents and staff. It was wonderful to have so many parents join us and we were blessed with plenty of sunshine on the day.  We are pleased to invite Year 12 2023 Parents to join us for a BBQ breakfast on November 8, a notice will be sent via Compass closer to the date.

2022 Term 3 Olympiad

In Term 3 we challenged all Homegroups to work together, make an effort, connect with each other and score some points in the annual Olympiad Challenge.  Competition was fierce and included physical, mental and creative challenges that pushed homegroups to dig deep and work together.  See the video for the presentation of the 2022 Olympiad Cup.

C4W Student Leaders Program

The Wagga School Leaders Program is a Committee 4 Wagga initiative supported by local businesses and Charles Sturt University. The Program’s objective is to develop young, aspiring high school students into positive, successful ambassadors for the city. Students participating in the program attend seven modules over 7 days across the course of the year, with each module of the curriculum designed to achieve different learning outcomes.

The Program engages students in a series of challenging mental and physical exercises including abseiling at the Army Recruit Training Centre Kapooka, workshops, lectures, regional industry excursions and mentoring sessions to develop their capacity to become successful leaders and community representatives.

Nominations are being called for the 2023 Student Leaders Program which is open to all Year 10 students.  Names can be given to House Leaders or myself.
