Dion Drummond is visiting Victoria

Dion Drummond is visiting Victoria to introduce students to the stories, dances and artefacts of both his mother's Torres Straight Island and his father's Mainland Aboriginal cultures. Students participate in dances and songs with Indigenous language, in a lively, interactive show which has enthralled audiences all around Australia and overseas.

At CJC, we had the opportunity to welcome his interactive show, it was really interesting to learn about the culture and discover beats and dances.

Our student had a good laugh watching the teachers showing their indigenous dance moves!
