Sports Update

PMPS students were very fortunate to attend a Cricket Victoria invitation to a Netherlands cricket clinic at the MCG. The students participated in fielding and bowling drills with some of the players who are in Melbourne for the T20 World Cup. 

PMPS had 22 students qualify for the Beachside Division Athletics Carnival, which was held last Tuesday October, 11 at Duncan Mackinnon Reserve. 

Special mentions to George Kotzakozidis - first place 12/13 shot put, Joshua Dingley - 2nd place 200m, and Sasha Anderson - 2nd place discus. These 3 students  progressed to the Southern Metropolitan Region Athletics Carnival, where they represented the school on Wednesday. Congratulations to all of our athletics team for their efforts in 2022. We hope to have more athletes and relay teams progress in 2023.
