Athletics Incursion – Grades 3 to 6

This was the last week of our athletics incursion for Grade 5/6 students.  Grade 3/4 students will have one more session in week 5.

Warrandyte South Interschool School Sport Winter Finals

Last Friday our Winter Netball Girls team played in the District Netball finals against Holy Spirit and Ringwood North Primary Schools.  Although our girls played valiantly they didn't win this time but we are very proud of their achievement of being the Warrandyte South District champions.  Thanks to our Education Support Staff member, Sophie Kirkwood, for coaching the girls on the day, and our parents for transporting and supporting our team!

House Athletics - we still need more helpers!

On Tuesday 1 August, we have our whole school House Athletics Carnival.  This is run at Proclamation Park and involves students from Foundation to Grade 6! Many parent helpers are needed for this event to run smoothly and safely.  If you are available to help I would love to hear from you via our sign up sheet https://signup.com/go/vqFhDGg, in person or visit our office staff (Kate or Kelli) and they will pass on your availability to help.  Thank you to parents and grandparents who have already added their name to our volunteer list.

All helpers need a Working With Children's Card and to have done our volunteer induction.  If you are unsure how to do this, then please contact our office – 9870 2120.

If it rains on the 1 August, a back up date of 8 August has been booked.

A notice has been sent home via Compass, ready for you to give consent and pay the bus cost.
