YOU are an important part of our union. We cannot achieve such things as salary raises and smaller class sizes without your involvement. 

                               How can you stay engaged and informed?

• Check your personal email. OGEA may have sent you important updates. 
• Talk to your colleagues about what is going on. Discuss current issues, such as contract negotiations, with other members at your school site. 
• Wear your OGEA t-shirt and Bargaining Button on Solidarity Days. 
• Tune in and speak up at board meetings. 
• Participate in your school site’s 10-minute meetings.
