Pauper's Banquet

On March 24 our Vinnies group host the Paupers Banquet as a fundraiser for Project Compassion. Students pay $2 for a bowl of rice and a chance to enjoy a feast provided by teachers. The Paupers Banquet not only raises money for a great cause but it also demonstrates to students the unequal distribution of resources in the world and that there are unfortunate people who need help. Students can increase their chances of participating the feast by entering the raffle early. Simply put $2 in an envelope with your name on it and put this in the box at the front office.

Stage 4 Retreats

Year 7 and 8 will have their retreat on the 26th and 27th of March respectively. The retreats will be in the Torregiani Room at the Cathedral. These are retreats are facilitated by the The Lasallian Youth Services Team incorporating our own Lasallian Youth Ministers and LYMs. The theme for the Year 7 Retreat is "Building Community". The Year 8 theme is  "Heroes".  Notes will be sent home through Compass early next week.

Year 11 Lasallian Youth Leaders Day

Year 11 attended Mass in the College Chapel on Wednesday last week. Mass was celebrated by Father Roel and the music team provided the music. We are lucky to have such a beautiful chapel to be able to participate in this sacred time together.
