Eucharist Reflection Day

On Wednesday the 19th of May, the Year Four and Five students will be preparing for their Sacrament of Eucharist. The reflection day dedicates the whole day to learning and preparing for the sacrament. It includes reflecting that in sharing in this sacred meal, we are indeed sharing in the life of Christ, as Holy Communion is at the heart of the mass. There is also time to practice the mass and prayers the students need to know for the evening of the sacrament. On the day, the students can wear casual clothes to school. We are looking forward to this special day, as they prepare to take the next step in their faith journey.

Eucharist Mass

These children will be making their first communion or receiving a special blessing at St Agnes Parish Church at 6m. We pray for the children and their families during this special time.
