Headspace Chats

What are chats? 

Chats offer a safe, supportive, and moderated online community for young people, family and friends to share tips and experiences, and explore topics that are trending.

 

Chats are always moderated, whether by eheadspace clinicians or trained peers.

October weekly chats: 

eheadspace runs weekly peer support chats which include:

 

-          navigating relationships every Monday at 6-10pm

 

-          qheadsapce every Tuesday at 6-10pm

 

-          general coping every Wednesday 6-10pm

 

-          yarnspace every second Thursday 6-10pm

 

-          supporting others every second Thursday 6-10pm

 

 

Each month eheadspace runs topic chats which explore topics important to young people and the community.

 

 

 October topic chats include:

-       how to approach difficult conversations (family and friends) Tuesday 8 October, 7-8pm. 

 

-       managing change (young people) Sunday 18 October.

 

-       small steps everyday (young people) Wednesday 21 October, 7-8pm. 

 

-       me, myself and my body (young people) Tuesday 27 October, 7-8pm.
