Grade Three Snapshot

Dear Parents,

It is hard to believe we are more than half way through the term. The busyness of term four is upon us and the students are in top gear working with great commitment and focus to finish this most unusual year on a high.

We are currently conducting assessments across the curriculum areas using a variety of different means to gain accurate data of your child's progress this semester. Together with information gathered through the remote learning period the results will formulate the students' final report. This has been a year like no other, so the Semester Two report will be slightly different. All students will write a self reflection and parents will have the opportunity to answer questions in the form of a reflection survey. This information has been shared to you through Compass.

We are gearing up for the anticipated transition sessions to Grade 4 in the upcoming weeks and are mindful of supporting the wellbeing of all students as they learn more about their learning journey in 2021.

As always, please don't hesitate to contact your class teacher if you have concerns about your child.

Please enjoy this last edition of our newsletter publication for the term, which will provide you with an insight of next week's learning focus for each curriculum area.
