This Week! Good afternoon girls and boys!

Kindergarten Alec C made friends of ten using food., Lewis B made a donkey book mark as a response to Palm Sunday., Evie P designed a prayer garden and wrote a prayer thanking God for looking after her family., We read the book My Breakfast and Morgan C drew a picture of his favourite breakfast - pancakes!, This week kinder listened to ‘The Rainbow Fish’ and ‘The Brave Fish’ and created an under the sea fish artwork. Here is Deacon P’s fish art., Hayden K has used our new sounds s,a,t,p,i,n to make some words!

Year 1 Liam P Using horizontal and vertical lines in his 2D shape art., Genevieve S Paper plate art showing the Good Friday scene., Blake B Writing sentences about the book he read on Bugclub., Miles E has designed an excellent artwork based on Piet Mondrian’s work focusing on colour, shapes and lines., Malakai L shares his Good Friday scene. He used a paper plate, streamers and sticks., Here’s Aasha P setting herself up for success in her great working space.

Year 2 Jacob K created a poster for PDH about how we can be inclusive and respectful. Jacob said, “I drew the earth and tried to make everyone stand together and look after each other in these uncertain times.”, Nash H created a Fact Family House using the numbers 5, 7 & 12., Zaphie S using the jump strategy to solve addition problems. , Annie D using the jump strategy to solve addition problems., Ava D ordered and recounted the events of Holy Week., Ayedan S created a palm leaf using green leaves for his Hosanna artwork.

Year 3 Charlotte B Anzac Day prayer., Finn P Addition and Subtraction problem solving., Liam K Addition and Subtraction Problem Solving., Kobi C Imagining what he could taste, see, smell, hear and feel if he was sitting in a small boat in the ocean during a severe thunderstorm., London C The traditions and symbols of ANZAC Day., Gabriella Q Nature Portrait.

Year 5 A moving Anzac Day poem by Leila V., Remmy G created this beautiful backdrop for her streets Anzac Day ceremony., Kealen J made an Easter hat and costume for his cat., One Point Perspective by Xavier T., Easter Hat by Lillian S., Gratitude Journal by Crosby C.
