Paper Recycling off to a Great Start

This term students have been encouraged to utilise the new process of paper and cardboard recycling at Trinity. And the response so far has been fantastic.

The singular step to recycle paper and carboard is simple…Step 1: Place recyclable materials in the blue recycle boxes (currently Mercy and Tuck homerooms) or even straight into the large blue wheelie bins (Mercy and Tuck foyers). That’s it.

This one step is all that it takes to divert recyclable materials from landfill. These materials are then collected and recycled by our local offsite recycling facility.

With continued efforts, we can look to roll out further recycling bins around the school and increase out recycling potential.
