School and Kindergarten PFA Meeting

The next PFA meeting will be held Thursday 29th August 2019 in the staffroom at 2.20pm.  We would like to invite all parents to come along, partake in afternoon tea, have a cuppa, meet some new friends and share your ideas.  Existing committee members, please bring along someone new to the meeting.  Toddlers most welcome.

SpringFest Ballarat – Trots Night

Thursday 19th September

Miners Rest Primary School has been successful in being selected as beneficiaries of SpringFest Ballarat.  The PFA would like to have at least two tables at the Trots Night:

Cost:           $40 pp, Children U16 $22 pp (includes entry, 3 course meal & race book)

Father’s Day Stall – Friday 30th August

Bake & Grind Donut Drive

PFA are running a Donut Drive from the Bake & Grind Bakery. Order forms are being sent home today with the eldest in the family. Orders (CASH ONLY PLEASE) are due back to the office by Wed 11 Sept. No late orders can be accepted and orders will be delivered to the school on Thurs 19 Sept.
