Mothers Day Events

Kindy/Pre Primary 

On Thursday we held our annual Mother's Day event and this year the theme was Mexican Fiesta! We made maracas, sombreros, necklaces, sugar scrub, flowers, decorated cactus biscuits, topped potatoes and painted our nails. We finished off the event with a piñata! Our Mums took home a little something special to open on Sunday too!

A big thank you to all the Mums and Mum fill-ins that came and to Mrs Lamond, Mrs Hobbs and Mrs Clune for their help to make the event a great experience for all.

Year 1/2 Mother's Day Afternoon Tea

The Year 1/2 Mums were treated to a lovely afternoon of pampering which included nail painting, eating freshly prepared scones, jewellery making, biscuit decorating and a selfie corner.  The Mums got to see the profiles their kids had drawn and written about them which was very amusing! The Mums (and fill in Mums!) all got to leave with a lovely card and handmade body scrub, how lucky! Thanks to Miss Barnes for organising such a lovely, thoughtful afternoon.
