Premier's Reading Challenge - Wild About Reading

2023 Premier's Reading Challenge is now open.

Children have from now until 8 September to read the required number of books when the Premiers' Reading Challenge ends and the Challenge application closes.

Rules of the Challenge

The rules for the Premier's Reading Challenge can be found at https://www.vic.gov.au/premiers-reading-challenge-rules#for-school-students

Book Lists

Book lists can be found at https://www.vic.gov.au/premiers-reading-challenge-book-lists

We have many of the books in our library and most public libraries have the books identified as part of the challenge.

How to enrol your child

If you wish your child to participate in the challenge please email me at lboyhan@sbedesbn.catholic.edu.au  and I will register them. Once registered you will receive your child's username and password. You will need to enter their reading and the school then verifies this. When logging into the Premier's Reading Challenge website please scroll down and login using the link for Catholic Schools (there are different links for state schools / Catholic schools etc).

At the end of the challenge students who read the required number of texts receive a certificate signed by the Premier.

I have registered all students whose parents have contacted me and emailed their usernames and passwords.

Year 6 secondary school forms

A final reminder that all Year 7 Secondary school forms need to be back by tomorrow. This needs to be returned even if your child is attending a private school.
