Year 7 Learn To Row

Over the last four weeks 74 Year 7s have been participating in a Learn to Row program. Persevering through some strong afternoon winds and warm days, our resilient Year 7 students have learnt the art of sculling in Quads, Doubles and Singles at the John XXIII College shed, located at Canning Bridge.

The Learn to Row program offers the Year 7s an opportunity to try rowing before signing up as members of the 2018 Year 8 Rowing Squad.

To hear more about the 2018 Year 8 Rowing Program, all Year 7s and their parents, regardless of participating in the Learn to Row, are invited to the information night held at the GBLT on Monday 20 November, starting at 7:00pm.
