The Clontarf Academy

South Coast 'Super Training'
The Lake Illawarra Clontarf Academy was lucky enough to host the first ever 'South Coast Super training' on a cold (for the Illawarra!) and slippery morning. We had guests from as far away as Moruya, Vincentia, Shoalhaven and Kanahooka Academies, as well as guests such as the Mayor and representatives from Shellharbour City Council and Shellharbour Club in attendance. The boys were put through a warm up and 4 stations of various games. Just long enough to get hot, sweaty and hungry. They were then treated to a bacon and egg roll, granola/yoghurt cups, some fruit and juice. It was great to see the boys mingle with members of the other academies and we are looking forward to the next South Coast training event
