Year Ten Drama Cicada excursion

Last week, students from Year Ten Drama attended the Barking Gecko performance of Shaun Tan’s Cicada at the Albany Entertainment Centre. Thanks to Miss Gunning for organising this. It was a clever and inventive adaption of the award-winning picture book that really engaged the audience on a cold, windy Albany evening.

Year Eight and Nine Contemporary Music Review

Congratulations to all the Years Eight and Nine Contemporary Music students who performed their songs on Wednesday afternoon. There are some talented musicians coming through who have worked hard during the semester to prepare for this!

The renditions of songs like 'Lonely Boy', 'Here Comes Your Man',  'All Too Well', 'Life Is A Highway' and 'Stars In My Eyes' all featured in the line-up. Many thanks to Ms Thomas for her guidance of the students.
