Sacraments

Operoo note sent to all families:

The dates for Queen of Peace Sacraments have been finalised for 2021. These dates are set, however please note they are subject to change due to COVID.  Times have not yet been finalised as we will be required to comply with COVID restrictions, therefore numbers allowed in the Church will be subject to government advice closer to the date.

Reconciliation

Year 4 children will be making their Reconciliation on Wednesday 10 March.

Year 3 children will be making their Reconciliation on Thursday 28 October.

*Fr John is currently on his own in one of the biggest parishes in the diocese.  He has five schools and over 400 children who will be receiving this Sacrament.  As a result, this sacrament will take place during school hours. A  family prayer service, along with a pack will be sent home for you to celebrate this occasion with your children.   Thank you for your understanding that under the circumstances, parents are unable to attend. We hope you are able to celebrate this occasion with your children at home.
