From the Acting Deputy Principal 

Welcome back to school for Term 2.

We hope you all had a relaxing and enjoyable break and are feeling refreshed for the Term ahead. It has been so nice to see everyone back at school, catching up with friends and getting back into the swing of things. We’re looking forward to a busy Term of learning ahead.

We’d love to give a special shout out to Holly, mum to Leilani and Joshua who recently achieved something incredible by competing in the Boston Marathon. What an inspiration and such an amazing accomplishment!

Leilani and Joshua were incredibly proud to share these photos and talk about Holly’s achievement. 

Joshua said, "This has been her dream ever since she has started long distance running and I am very proud of her for completing the marathon. She had vertigo during the marathon, but she told us she kept on going because she was thinking of us. We were all happy and proud for mum, but we did miss her. I can't wait to see her medal." 

Leilani said, "I really want to see her medal and I want her to keep going. I am happy and I love my mum.

Anzac Day Commemoration 

We would like to invite you to join us at Assembly Friday 24 April at 3pm for our Anzac Day Commemoration. This special event has been organised and will be presented by our SRC students; Delilah, Xavier, Aleksander, Zoe, Annabelle, Henry, Olivia, Jack, Margot, Ellie, Mareena, Polly, Isla, and Bella.

Lord God, 

You made our beautiful world,

You created us to love you

and to love one another.

We pray for an end to wars, 

we pray for peace. 

We pray for an end to hatred and cruelty, 

we pray for peace. 

We pray for respect for one another, 

we pray for peace.

Presentations at Friday Assembly

Families are always welcome to join us for 3pm Assembly each Friday when we celebrate our students' learning and achievements.
