Athletics P & F Canteen 16th June

The P&F are calling for volunteers to help at the St Mary’s Armidale Athletics Carnival canteen!

We are seeking parent helpers to assist with cooking the BBQ, preparing and serving food, handling drinks and snacks, and helping keep the canteen running smoothly throughout the day. No experience is needed — any help, even for a short time, is greatly appreciated.

If you are available to help please choose a time slot that suits you by going into Compass message (friday 29th May). Volunteers are welcome to sign up for more than one shift if available. 

The canteen is always a busy and fun part of the carnival, and your support helps provide a great day for all students, staff and families. Thank you for supporting our school community!

Please RSVP if you are able to assist by Wednesday, 3rd June. If there is not enough helpers on the day unfortunately there will be no P&F Canteen.

DISCO - Thank you

Thank you to all the parents who assisted Kristyn in running the disco on Thursday 28th May, the children had a fun time.
