St Luke's Fete... SAVE THE DATE:
SUNDAY 18TH OCTOBER from 11am to 4 pm
NEXT FETE MEETING: Thursday 16th July @ 7pm in the Parish Hall kitchen.
EVERYONE is welcome but NO-ONE gets roped in... we love new ideas, team work and a shared vision of creating a memorable community day.
Calling for families to volunteer from EVERY class
We need a MINIMUM of 6 + parents/families to volunteer FROM EVERY CLASS on fete day. We'll have loads of stalls that require YOUR help. That means a minimum of 42 families helping on the day. So...start talking amongst yourselves and work out how you can get involved and LOOK OUT for the sign up notifications that will come out in Term 3. You are guaranteed to have a load of fun as you help our wonderful community, all at the same time.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
- Start collecting high quality books and clothing donations.
- Let the fete committee know if your business or workplace can offer sponsorship.
- Volunteer as a stall co-ordinator. Join up with a friend and do it together.
- Do you run a food truck and would like to book a stall?
- Can you donate some prizes for our Silent Auction? We'd love to hear from you.
