Easing into Adolescence: Resources for Families
Starting secondary school and navigating early adolescence can be a big transition for both children and families. To support families of adolescents aged 10–14 years, the Victorian Government has developed a range of free resources with practical information and strategies to help ease this transition.
These resources cover key topics such as emotional wellbeing, communication, building resilience, and managing school changes - all tailored to the unique challenges of early adolescence.

This is a great support for our New Year 7 families as kids settle into secondary school life!
