From the Assistant Principal - Amelia Busuttil

Welcome to our new layout newsletter. We are always looking for ways that we can enhance our communication and hope this new format provides a more engaging newsletter. 

Chinese and Lunar New Year: 

Students started the Chinese and Lunar New Year celebrations last Friday at assembly with a lion dance and have continued their learning in classes across the week. 

Enhancement Program:

Our teachers are working hard to plan our full schedule of excursions and incursions across the year. This week our Year Fours students participated in a MiniBoss incursion focussing on how to be effective team members as part of their 'Who We Are' Unit of Inquiry. Next week our Year Five students will visit the State Library to learn about key people from Victoria in the nineteenth century as part of their 'Where We Are In Place And Time' Unit of Inquiry.

Excursions and incursions are paid for through the enhancement program. This is a payment of $125. Please contact the office if you need to discuss a payment plan.

School Tours

Tom and Amelia will commence school tours this term for prospective students. If you or someone you know would like to attend a tour of our school to hear about our teaching and learning programs, please call the school office to book in. 

Thursday 12th March - 9:30am

Wednesday 25th March - 9:30am and 2:15pm

Tuesday 31st March - 4:15pm

Night on the Green:

We can't wait for the community to come together tomorrow evening for our annual Night on the Green. 

There will be a BBQ, food trucks, Choir and Band performances. Please join us in the courtyard from 5pm.
