Uniform Purchases

Uniform Ordering Changes
Going forward, the process for ordering Uniform via SSB will change slightly.
We now require the Uniform order form to be filled out and emailed into the office at highvale.ps@education.vic.gov.au. Please see link to form below.
Your SSB code should be clearly listed on the form. It is the family’s responsibility to ensure their SSB funds have been allocated in the Department Portal and moved to ‘School Activities’. If you haven’t done this step, we will be unable to process your uniform order.
We will require the forms be handed in by the Friday prior to the Uniform shop opening on the following Wednesday. All Uniform Shop opening times are listed in the Newsletter for your reference.
We will no longer be accepting SSB orders in the office and will be processing them via the above steps.
If you are purchasing Uniform and paying via credit card please order via Compass as this is the most efficient way of processing orders.
The orders will be processed by our volunteers on the Wednesday and sent to your child’s classroom. Please keep in mind, our Uniform Shop is run by volunteers and is only open every fortnight, it may take up to two weeks for your order to be processed.
The Uniform Shop is open on the dates below outside the Senior Library. Enter the main building at the school office and head down the corridor to find the senior library and our volunteer parents who will help you with uniform fittings and purchases.

Uniform sales on Compass
Uniform can be ordered via the Compass app at any time and this is our preferred method of sale. Please allow two weeks for orders to be processed. Purchases will be distributed to students via the class blue boxes.

Uniform shop reminder
We have a small but dedicated group of parents who volunteer their time to sell school uniforms. These parents freely give up their time to ensure that uniforms can continue to be sold on the school grounds at low costs.
We remind all parents and carers of our school value ‘Respect’. It is an expectation that all members of our community will act respectfully in all interactions with other members of the community.
