Dear Families,
Last Wednesday, Michelle Hinds and myself had the pleasure of attending the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Week Mass at St Francis Xavier College, Beaconsfield Campus. We were joined by 3 of our Community Spirit Leaders, Kobe, Allegra and Rahool. It was a beautiful celebration and our leaders certainly did the school community proud as they joined the entrance procession, carrying our school banner. As staff, students and clergy from across our Diocese joined in prayer and song, it was a wonderful reminder of what it means to be a member of our Parish family.
Friday concluded our celebrations for Catholic Education Week and this year, we chose to do something a little different. Our Grade 5 and 6 students headed over to St Agatha's Church for Mass with the staff and students of St Agatha's school whilst the Grade 1 and 2 students from St Agatha's joined our Foundation to Grade 4s. It was beautiful to look across the school hall and see the two uniforms of our parish sitting side by side. We are two schools but one parish family. Fr Antony said it was wonderful to see the children together and we look forward to more opportunities in the future. I think it is safe to say a shared Mass will certainly be a permanent fixture on the calendar for Catholic Education Week. Thank you to the families who joined us as well, we love having you with us to share in prayer.
All students received a special Jubilee 2025 cross on Friday. This small prayer token is a reminder that we are all called to be Pilgrims of Hope this Jubilee year.

Prayerful moment
Please take a moment, as a family, to pray our Year of Jubilee: Pilgrims of Hope prayer. This recording features members of our Social Justice Leadership team and the words are those written by our school.
