Kitchen Garden

Kitchen Garden has been a little different this year as we have been setting up our brand new garden area, which is pretty big, just like the ideas the kids have had to develop the space! 

Garden has been all about patience and hard work. In the Kitchen we've gone back to basics, taking a simple recipe and seeing how we can modify or "upgrade" it. The goal is to be growing fresh, seasonal produce that we use in the kitchen to make all sorts of tasty food. 

The long road to building our garden is finally paying off. With a working bee to get our beautiful beds made, donated plants from our local Bunnings and donated fruit trees from local families, we are seeing not only the growth and development of the plants, but a garden the kids enjoy. Stay tuned!
