Compass

We have had a few enquiries for calendar and compass related items recently. Please find the button for the school calendar above and also please remember that if you are opening Compass on your phone, it is much more efficient if you scroll to the bottom of your page and choose 'more' and then 'open in browser'. It seems to offer more options.

We have also started using 'Insights' which appears at the top of your child's profile.  This is a very handy tool for event rsvp's and surveys.  Please go to your child's profile and have a look at this new option for some forms of communication.

You will be able to put an order in and or cancel an order until 8am on this day. We hope the special men in our lives enjoy the gifts the children choose especially for them.

Student Achievements - Moorambilla Voices

An excerpt from Zarabelle's mum....

Last week, Zarabelle attended the first of 2 residency camps, where the children rehearsed all day Monday and again on Tuesday morning in preparation for the performance; She will be one of 400 children performing at the Opera House, singing and dancing.

She was very nervous being the only student from St Joey's attending in her group but put on a brave face on the day as we left her. She’s worked really hard and we’re incredibly proud of her.

He had a wonderful time, meeting around 50 other boys from all across the central west region for the 4 days camp. Learning dance, singing and lots of other activities.

School Fees

Due to the school billing system being fully automated the following reminders are now occurring through the system:- Reminders are sent via SMS and are scheduled to run each week on Tuesdays.  Monthly letters will be sent to those debtors who have outstanding fees or a missed instalment which is letter 1.  Letter 2 follows up from letter 1 if there is still an outstanding amount, and no response from letter 1.  Both letters 1 and 2 are from the our school principal.  Letter 3 will be from Helen Bentham, Armidale Catholic Schools Office head of finance, facilities & ICT.  Letter 4 will be from the FAAS team, Armidale and will be about recovering the debt owing.  If you are paying regular payments outside of the monthly instalments you might find that on occasion you will receive a SMS reminder or letter 1 due to timing of payments, this will be the system picking up a balance due which hasn't been included in your payment yet, but if you are concerned about receiving a SMS/letter extra payments can be made at any time through Compass, BPay (details are on your statement) or EFTPOS through the front office.  If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact the school.
