Booklists for 2024

Important information for parents and carers

Students received their 2024 booklists on Thursday 16 November during Homeroom.

They are due to be returned to Student Reception or directly to Blanes Newsagency at 164 Murray Street, Colac, by Tuesday 12 December.

All booklists returned by the due date will go into the draw for a $30 Blanes Newsagency gift voucher and there will be one awarded to each year level!

A $15 late fee will apply to all booklists containing textbooks handed in after Friday 22 December 2023 to cover the cost of freight. Lists submitted late may also result in a delay of textbooks.

Booklists can be re-printed through families PAM accounts if they have been misplaced.

Books and stationery items ordered will be available for collection from Blanes Newsagency from Monday 8 January 2024.

How to access?

All Year 9-11 students have been emailed the instructions on how to set up an Edrolo account. Please check this email with your child if they have not set up an account already. Any students who have used Edrolo in the past should be able to log in with their current account details.  If they have forgotten their password, they can reset it by heading to Reset Your Password (edrolo.com.au)

What is the Edrolo VCE Library Access?

This provides students with access to the entire suite of Edrolo resources, which includes digital textbooks, online video resources and exam questions. For students there will be a view that has "My Subjects"- with just a view of their enrolled subjects and a "Library" view where they can dip into all other subjects (including the digital textbooks). Parents can see Edrolo in action by visiting this link: Edrolo – Info for parents

How to pay and costs?

The Edrolo resources can be paid online via credit card in the Edrolo Payment Portal (NOT through the Blanes booklist). You will need to log into your child's Edrolo account to make this payment.

  • 1 Edrolo subject = $50 (incl. GST)
  • 2 Edrolo subjects = $100 (incl. GST)
  • 3+ Edrolo subjects = $150 (incl. GST)

Step by step instructions are detailed here: Paying via the Payment Portal – Edrolo (zendesk.com)

Please ensure prompt payment as your child will be blocked from accessing resources until the payment has been made. Edrolo will reimburse families via the credit card for any over payments.
