Senior School Reports and Learning Conferences
Senior School reports have been now made available to parents as of Wednesday 17 June via SEQTA Learn and Engage. The reports will include a booking link for the Learning Conferences which will be held in person or via Zoom on Monday 22 June from 3pm to 6pm. We encourage students to be in attendance where possible.

Years 9 & 10 Art Pop-Up Exhibition
The Years 9 and 10 art classes are pleased to present a pop-up exhibition of paintings in Hodgkin Hall. The exhibition showcases a selection of recently completed works and celebrates the creativity, skill and commitment demonstrated by students throughout the semester.
Families and members of the Friends' community are warmly invited to view this outstanding collection of student artwork and attend an informal opening gathering. Visitors are also welcome to view the exhibition during Parent-Teacher Conferences on Monday 22 June.
Exhibition Dates: 19 - 22 June
Opening Gathering: Friday 19 June, 5.00pm-5.30pm
Venue: Hodgkin Hall
Subject Choices
Subject choices for students entering Year 11 or Year 12, 2027, are due on 25 June. We encourage all students to check in with their teachers, tutors and Pathways coordinators when making their selections.
A reminder that the Years 11/12 Coursebook contains a wealth of information on pathways and subjects. Although subject selections may be changed after the due date, it is likely that some courses may be full, or may no longer be available due to insufficient numbers. Please take a moment to browse the Co-Curricular handbook together with your child and discuss which activities they might like to join. We encourage students to maintain a balanced approach, with the support of their families, to ensure both academic and co-curricular commitments are manageable and rewarding.
We encourage you to register as soon as possible by logging into SEQTA Engage and clicking on the Clipboard link.
Parents / guardians and students can view the available activity selections in Clipboard. Sport activities require parents / guardians to complete the selection to give permission for their child to participate. For assistance with logging in to your school account, contact the Information Services team via the Support Portal. If you use the "forgot username" option in the portal, you will get an automated response with account activation instructions.
Peter Jones Peace Prize
This writing competition is open to Years 7-10 students.

Years 7-10 Art Exhibition
Family and friends are invited to view an exhibition of Years 7 - 10 artwork on display in The Farrall Centre. The exhibition will run from Thursday 21 May until Friday 3 July and will be open to visitors during school hours. Please sign in at the Middle School or Primary School Offices.
Absentees
