🏐 Round 8 – NAIDOC Week Netball 🖤💛❤️
This weekend marks Round 8 of the netball season, where we proudly recognise NAIDOC Round. NAIDOC Round recognises the histories, cultures and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to the sport of netball and to the nation. Let’s come together to celebrate and show our respect for the enduring legacy and achievements of Indigenous communities within our sport.
Holiday break
Please note that there are no games scheduled on any of the three Saturdays during the holiday period. We encourage players to stay active during the break and, if possible, continue practising their skills.
Round 8 marks the final round for Term 2 before we head into a well-earned break.
After the holidays, all teams will return for:
- Round 9 (Primary): 24 July
- Round 9 (Secondary): 25 July
Training Updates
Training schedules for Week 11 will be communicated shortly and will be subject to weather conditions.
Training for Years 2 and 3 has been cancelled next week.
Training for all teams will recommence in Week 1 of Term 3 after the holidays. This is an important opportunity for players to reconnect, refine skills, and prepare for the second half of the season.
