Please read it carefully:

The Matinee Performance will be held on the 16th of September, 10:30am 16th September

The Grand performance will be held on the 17th of September, 6.30pm 17th September

All tickets have been taken up at this stage.

Clean up - All help will be very much appreciated - 18th September

Housekeeping: 

• The gates will open at 5:30pm to allow you to have your name marked off and to purchase Raffle Tickets if you like before the doors open, 
• The doors of the theatre will open at 5:45pm for a 6:15pm Raffle Draw and a 6:30pm start to the performance. 
• There will be snacks to purchase from the canteen at the theatre prior to the performance. Please do not bring any other food or drink into the theatre on the night and if you have younger children with you, please do not let them roam around the theatre prior to the performance. 
• Prams:  There will not be room for prams in the theatre.  You could leave them outside on the grass area during the performance if that works for you but we just don't have space inside. 
• If you have over-ordered tickets, please ring school and let us know how many you do not need as we do have people on the waiting list. 

Students will be provided with sandwiches, water and a small snack back stage as well. If you would like to give them a good afternoon tea prior to arriving at the Theatre that would be advisable.
