A Message from the Principal

Dear Parents and Carers,

ASCA Update

Next Thursday 30th October, we have 15 students presenting a variety of poems, book reviews and personal research projects to an examiner from Sydney for the Australian Speech and Communication Association Assessment. Congratulations to: Zarabelle, Harold, Elvira, Lottie, Addi, Brooklyn, Priscilla, Phoebe, Kendall, Cynthia, Delia, Dani, Sienna, Dougie & Ryder.

Parents of these students are invited to attend the presentations and will receive a note this week informing you the time of the assessment and the final cost involved.

I am very proud of the effort these students have made to improve their ability to speak confidently and clearly to an audience. This wouldn't have been possible without the help of Mrs Scott who has given up so much time to work with our students.

Our next meeting is in the school library at 6.00pm tomorrow evening Wednesday 21st October. I hope to see many parents and carers in attendance.
