Melbourne Victory School of Football

Following a successful six-month School of Football Pilot program with Year 9 & 10 students in 2024, we are fielding three squads in 2025 -

• Year 7 Boys
• Year 7,8,9 &10 Girls
• Year 8, 9 & 10 Boys

Students participate in two weekly sessions with a rotating timetable across Wednesday and Thursday.

Information Session

Students and their families attended the 2025 Information Session on February 12th, meeting Luke Hannah, the new Melbourne Victory School of Football Head Coach and Harley Hamdani, the Melbourne Victory Community Football and Education Manager. The session outlined how the program will look, with 50% spent in the classroom on football education, health and wellbeing, goal setting and more, and 50% on the pitch focused on all technical and tactical aspects of the game.

Melbourne Victory turns 20!

Celebrating MVFC's 20th Anniversary, John Fawkner College students and their families took up the offer of free tickets to attend the A-League Men's Match, Melbourne Victory v Wellington Phoenix, at AAMI Park on February 14th.
