What a fantastic start it has been. This term has been all about taking chances, trying something new, and stepping bravely into the spotlight. Our young performers have embraced every opportunity to explore drama, learning how to express a wide range of emotions using their voices, faces, and bodies. It’s no small feat to stand up, take on a role, and share it with others, and our Preps have done just that with enthusiasm and growing confidence.
To celebrate the end of the term, students brought their skills to life through imaginative role play using sets. The room was filled with creative scenarios and colourful characters, from unfortunate haircuts and sick pets, to chaotic construction site mishaps and café mix-ups.
Each moment was a joyful reminder of how far they’ve come, as they put their expression and storytelling skills into action.
We are so proud of the way our Prep students have supported one another, taken risks, and dived into drama with such positivity. This term has been a wonderful foundation, and we look forward to seeing their confidence and creativity continue to grow in the terms ahead.
