Year 9 News
Vermont Secondary College
It has been another busy two weeks in Year 9!
This week sees some of our DTO classes out on camp and putting all their planning to work!
Students have been busy out at sport last Friday and Wednesday this week representing Vermont values to the fullest.
A reminder on Uniform that black track pants and hoodies are not part of the school uniform even if layered with uniform items and any incidence of students being out of uniform will result in a uniform detention.
The number of students using phones at school as increased as well; a reminder that Phones need to be in lockers from 8:30am-3:00pm.
Any phones not in lockers or being used at the canteen for payment of lunch, will be confiscated and must be picked up by a student, or parent at the general office depending on the number of pervious confiscations.
It’s fantastic to see so many students sign up for our Year 9 Phillp Island Camp in December! If you have any questions about this, please come and see your student managers. We hope the next two weeks will be just as full of adventure and fun as the previous two.
All the best,
Mr. Malpeli, Ms Nettleship, Mrs Callegaro & Mrs Anderson
