Mother’s Day Events

This year we were delighted to hold two Mother’s Day events along with a Mother’s Day stall. On the 2nd of May, we held a social event at  Bar Lingo. We understand that after school events are hard to get to, however staying connected with those in our school community is very important. Thank you again to Hannah and Ryan for coordinating this wonderful event.  

Mother’s Day Morning Coffee Event 

Last Friday we welcomed all Mums, Aunties, Grandmothers and Mother figures to join us in the school yard for a hot drink and a treat. Once again, our amazing volunteers set up, took pictures and packed up once the event was over. A special mention to Lisa C, Terese and to Amanda Gill. 

Mother’s Day Stall

The final event we ran for Mother’s Day was the annual stall where students come and purchase items for their special women in their lives. It is always heartwarming to watch the children shop and work out what they think their mums would like. Thank you to Julie-Ann, Randa, Simone, Maria, Sonia and Lydia for volunteering at the stall and to Kathryn and Delia for organising the event. There was a profit of $544 made on the day which will be used to purchase wet weather games for all our classrooms. 

Hot Food Day- Hot Dogs- Friday June 6th

The next hot food day has been set, please see the flyer below with details on how to order. All orders and payments must be made via CDF Pay online. Any questions , please email the P and F committee, we’re very happy to help. Please make sure you order before the close off date as those organising this event need time to collate, process orders and get ready for the day.
