Dear Families and Students,
We are almost at the end! Hopefully, the Melbourne summer weather will start shining and help us get to the end.
I hope everyone had the opportunity to attend the Art show. What a wonderful display of talent we have. I’m always biased towards the arts but I was truly impressed by the hard work our students had put in. A huge thank you to Angela, Sue and other staff for putting the show together and our VCAL students for the delicious food.
We do have a busy few weeks ahead of us, please see important dates and events below.
November:
Thurs 9th - Alice in Wonderland school production starts
Tuesday 21st- Year 3 to 9 Eurythmy Concert
Wednesday 22nd to Friday 24th- Class 3 Sugarloaf camp

December:
Mon 4th - Student Free Day
Friday 8th- Year 3 to 6 Orchestra Concert
Mon 11th - Year 6 Graduation
Tues 12th - Step Up Day (Statewide Grade 1 to 7 transition Day)
Wednesday 13th to Friday 15th- Class 5 Toolangi camp
Year 6A & 6C Anglesea camp
Mon 18th- Last day of the year for students

Prep - Chocolate House Celebration
As Part of Primary Art/Performing Arts programs, Prep students have been creating a large chocolate house.
The class invited their families and Year 1/2 Students to celebrate the end of a very large project.
Preps had written a song about their chocolate house and sang it as part of the celebration.
The students had the opportunity to eat all the chocolates hanging from the house.
Everyone had so much fun.

As part of Primary Performing Arts, Year 5/6 students wrote their own plays. Students had the opportunity to perform for family and a school community audience.
