Year 5/6 Excursion

Yesterday our Year 5 and 6 students travelled in to the National Gallery of Victoria.

The students visited The Ian Potter Gallery in Fed Square to try to answer the question "What is Art?"

This prompt will support the students as they create artworks for The Canvas and Quill exhibition at St Bede's later in the term ( Wednesday the 3rd of September).

The students also examined a range of Indigenous artefacts to enhance their understandings of indigenous culture and to commemorate NAIDOC week.
